Is it safe to order and pay online?

KITE LIFE has an SSL Certificate to ensure that order and payment will be placed on a secure Internet connection.

Is it possible to cancel or change my order?

Yes, it is possible to change or cancel your order. Please notify us within two hours after placing the order by email. Please mention in the subject line “cancel order”. Orders can only be cancelled when the item has not been shipped yet. Cancellation after the shipping time would mean the cost incurred for the shipping and return of the products are for the customers.

Do I need an account to place my order?

No, you do not need an account. An order can be placed without having to create an account.

The shipment does not contain all the products that I had ordered, what should I do?

KITE LIFE is affiliated with several partners, it could therefore mean that you will receive your items in multiple packages. If you have not received all your items within the suggested shipping time, please send us a quick email and we will be happy to check on the status for you.

The products I have received from you have been damaged in shipping. What should I do?

That is not nice. If your products are damaged from shipping, please take a picture of the damaged product, and the box, and send this information to us. We will immediately replace or credit the damaged products to you, without any additional cost.
